Hungunda Horticulture Farmers Producer Co. Ltd.
Established on 2nd July 2018 under the Companies Act, 2013, Hungunda FPO was formed through the collaborative vision of Farmers Interest Groups (FIGs) and the Department of Horticulture, Karnataka to revolutionize rural livelihoods and agricultural sustainability.
Comprising 50 FIGs representing over 1,000+ progressive farmers, we cultivate diverse crops supported by the Malaprabha River and the landmark Ramtahl Drip Irrigation Project.
Operating out of Bagalkot, Karnataka, our FPO provides certified farm inputs, operates Custom Hiring Centers (CHC), Common Service Centers (CSC), and cold storage facilities, promoting organic farming through continuous technical training and direct market linkages.
Our long-term strategy focuses on sustainability, precision farming, smart technologies, and global market integration to maximize farmer incomes while guaranteeing uncompromised product quality.
